Work Flow Trade is job-management software for New Zealand trade businesses, built by someone who runs one. If you are an accountant, bookkeeper or adviser, you already know which of your clients would be better off with it. This programme pays you for the introduction. You are recommending useful software to people you know, not selling anything.

How the programme works

You get a personal link
Share it, or type a client's name and email into your dashboard and we send them one short invitation that names you. No follow-ups, ever.

They sign up
The signup form shows "Referred by" your business, so they know. They get a free month, then pay the normal monthly price.

Three paid months, then 30 days
Once they have paid for three months and stayed on for a further 30 days, the referral is confirmed.

We pay you $100
GST inclusive, per business, by bank transfer after we approve it. No cap on how many you can refer.
How referrals are tracked
Your link and your emailed invitations are both recorded against you. If a client you invited signs up within 30 days, even without clicking, it still counts. First introduction wins, so nobody can jump in front of you. Your dashboard shows every referral and its status in plain English: registered, trial active, paying, qualification pending, qualified, awaiting payment, paid.
What you see, and what you don't
You see a business's name and whether they are trialling or paying. Never their jobs, customers, staff or money. The business is told that you can see this, and can ask us to hide its name. We never ask you for anything about your clients beyond a name and an email to invite them.
Being upfront
Because you are paid for the recommendation, you should tell any client you recommend us to. Many accountants' and bookkeepers' professional codes require this, and it is simply good practice. When you join, you confirm that you are permitted to receive referral payments and that you will disclose them. If you are GST-registered, the $100 includes GST and we will need a tax invoice from you before paying.
